Helles Lager
Brewed with Pilsner malt, hopped with CLS-X14. Golden hued and well rounded with a pillowy white foam. A supremely crushable lager beer. Gluten reduced.
German-Style Kolsch
Brewed with Pilsner malt and wheat, hopped with CLS X-14. Crisp, balanced, and refreshing, an easy drinking crowd pleaser with a light body and subtle bitterness. Gluten reduced.
West Coast Pilsner
Brewed with Pilsner malt, hopped with Elani and Cashmere. An exploration of new and known hop varieties, clean, fresh, and hop forward. Melon, sweet orange, and stone fruit lead the aroma with a floral finish.
Black Lager
Brewed with Bohemian Pilsner, Munich, debittered black malt, hopped with CLS X-14. A polished lager with just enough malt complexity. Light roast and toffee aromas, balanced bitterness and a dry finish.
American Pale Ale
Brewed with 2-row, Caramalt, malted oats; hopped with Simcoe cryo, early harvest ctz, Comet, and Cascade. Bright aromas of grapefruit, peach, lime zest with a medium bitterness that finishes clean.
West Coast India Pale Ale
Brewed with Pilsner malt, hopped with El Dorado, Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic cryo, Krush quantum brite. Passionfruit, pineapple, and citrus in the aroma. Light bodied with a firm bitterness for a modern take on the West Coast IPA.
Hazy India Pale Ale
Brewed with 2-row, malted wheat, raw wheat, flaked oats, hopped with El Dorado, Cashmere, Citra Cryo, and Mosaic Quantum Brite. Peach, mango, and pineapple aroma up front. Medium bodied rounded out by a juicy finish. Super hoppy with balanced bitterness.
Pomegranate & Blood Orange Sour
Brewed with 2-row and malted wheat, fermented with pomegranate, raspberry, and passionfruit. Crisp and tart. Juicy red fruits with a bright citrus aroma and finish. Gluten reduced.
Oatmeal Stout
Brewed with Maris Otter, Light Crystal, pale chocolate malt, roasted barley, and oats, hopped with Cascade. The perfect stout season sipper. Dark and roast forward, smooth with notes of chocolate, coffee and dark fruit.
